One of the riches of traveling is observing people from different cultures - even fellow travelers. I've noticed Chinese tourists put a lot of effort in their holiday snap shots. They boldly turn public spaces into the sets of their photo shoots and take pictures of each other in a wide variety of poses, jumping being a clear favorite. One couple (the one with the tripod) spent several hours, including wardrobe changes, shooting many gigabytes of portraits. I wish I could be there when they share their undoubtedly impressive slide shows with family and friends back home. But as I'm not invited, shooting images of them shooting each other felt like the next best thing. I used my Galaxy S4 K Zoom phone, in June 2014 in the Philippines.
